Madison Wilde and her spouse, Brad Sterling, just engaged in some morning intimacy and are relaxing in bed, feeling pleased. Suddenly, Madison suggests the concept of a 'permission slip'. A permission slip involves each person jotting down the individual they desire to engage in intimate activities with (other than their partner) and committing to accepting and supporting the decision if the opportunity arises.
Brad selects Madison's sibling and Madison picks Brad's closest companion, Jax Slayher. Shortly after they disclose their permission slips, Jax unexpectedly visits their home and joins Brad to watch television. Madison emerges looking alluring, brandishing the permission slip to her partner and then to Jax.
